"That belongs in a museum!"

This page features items in my collection directly related to Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. When Crusade was released on May 26, 1989, it was met with success that equaled the first two films. However, it continued the tradition of downsizing the toy line. What began with eight figures, a horse, a truck, and three playsets from Raiders, reduced to just three action figures for Temple, ended up with zero toys produced for Crusade.

Even though there was no toy line for the film, other items were produced that were just as interesting. Crusade tied in with Pepsi and produced several "safari" style items such as watches, shirts, fanny packs and ball caps. The traditional items such as records, books, comics, postcards, pins and games were also made. Another interesting omission from the Crusade line was trading cards. But the film made up for its toy and card absence by producing a very nice collector plate series, something the first two films did not do.

Keep checking back because my collection is always growing.
